RECOIL was created by two guys, Robert Bowles a Former British Forces Mechanic and Mark Gibbons an Executive Protection Specialist, both from the U.K. who met whilst working as bodyguards in Asia.

Fitness has always been an important part of their daily lives but due to long working hours and always being on the move they needed to find creative ways to keep fit and maintain strength. Suspension exercises were the answer but had many limitations using market available equipment so thay set out to create the ultimate exercise device capable of a full body workout yet compact, portable and efficient to use.
